The Circle of Care™ is Cedar Ridge’s short-term respite stay program for families who need a break. A loved one stays at Cedar Ridge as a guest, receiving personalized daily care, including medication management, meals, and access to the Life Enrichment Program. The stay includes a fully furnished room in a welcoming, homelike setting with 24-hour support. Respite stays give family caregivers time to rest while knowing their loved one is safe and cared for. Cedar Ridge offers on-site EmpowerMe Wellness programs, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, available to residents as part of daily community life. Scheduled bus outings take residents shopping, to events, and on scenic drives around the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area. An on-site salon offers haircare and grooming. These programs are designed to support both physical health and social connection as part of everyday life at Cedar Ridge.

Cedar Ridge follows an elder-directed, person-centered care philosophy, championed by an Eden Alternative®-trained Associate and Educator on the Compass team. Care plans are built around each resident’s individual needs, preferences, and goals rather than a fixed routine. This approach shapes daily programming, dining, and how staff engage with residents throughout the community. Families are kept informed and involved as part of this person-centered model.

Cedar Ridge has trusted hospice partnerships in place for residents who need end-of-life comfort care. When a resident reaches that stage, the community works alongside a hospice provider of the family’s choice to coordinate care within Cedar Ridge. Residents do not need to leave the community to access hospice support, and the team remains involved throughout to provide continuity and familiar faces during a difficult time.
