Kelly Frias
Administrator

Kelly has been working in the medical field since 1997 and began her nursing career in 2011. She has spent over a decade working with elders in several different settings. Her passion for advocating and caring for residents is to ensure that their needs are being met. Kelly’s career with Wildflower Lodge started in 2022 as the Wellness Director and she became the Administrator in 2026.
Kelly is big on family and is a proud mother of three grown boys and has three grandchildren who she cherishes. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and the outdoors, camping and fishing. She also enjoys being snuggled up on the sofa with a good book.
Misti Vega
Memory Care Administrator

Misti joined Wildflower Lodge in 2019 and has grown her career through several leadership roles, driven by her passion for serving seniors and supporting their families. Today, she proudly serves as the Memory Care Administrator, where she is dedicated to creating a compassionate, engaging, and supportive environment for residents living with memory loss. Misti’s favorite part of her work is building meaningful relationships with residents and their families while helping them navigate each stage of their journey with care and understanding.
Outside of work, Misti loves animals and enjoys caring for her many pets, including cats, dogs, chickens, and horses. In her free time, you’ll often find her camping or horseback riding through the beautiful mountains of Eastern Oregon.
Carliene Bolen
Community Relations Director

Carliene has worked in the health care field since 1999 and started at Wildflower Lodge in 2019. She previously worked at Wildflower Lodge in 2001 for 10 years. Carliene then moved back to her hometown in the Willamette Valley but decided that Union County is home, so she came back to Wildflower Lodge. Spending time with residents and their families at work is her favorite. Carliene enjoys spending time outdoors on her farm and in the garden, she enjoys quilting, sewing, scrapbooking and other outdoor activities. Carliene also adores spending time with her family and her two grandchildren.
Ashlyn Hull
Business Office Manager

Ashlyn joined our Wildflower team in September of 2022. Since 2016, Ashlyn became an expert in retail, hospitality and customer service. Ashlyn took a leap of faith and moved to Union County in 2021 all the way from Hilo, Hawaii with her family. During her free time, she enjoys long scenic drives, following the unknown paths in the mountains and enjoying nature. She also enjoys balloon decorating, playing her PS5 and occasionally relaxing on the sofa with her husband, two kids and her sweet German Shepard (Stella) bench watching their favorite tv shows.
Tia Hancock
Resident Care Coordinator (Memory Care)

Tia started at Wildflower Lodge in 2021, she has worked in several different roles within the company and is currently Memory Care Resident Care Coordinator. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with the residents and their families and getting to know the life stories of the residents. When she’s not at work, Tia enjoys spending her time with her family and being outside, you can find her out fishing, camping, or exploring the mountains on four-wheelers and dirt bikes.
Antonio Venture Yac
Dining Services Director

Antonio was born in Almolonga, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. His career in the kitchen began humbly as a dishwasher, but with hard work and passion, he quickly advanced to prep cook and eventually became the chef he is today. In 2021, Antonio moved with his wife, kids, and grandchild from the Portland area to La Grande. He feels blessed to have found Wildflower Lodge, where he initially worked as a caregiver before stepping into the role of Dietary Director. Antonio takes great pride in creating meals that meet the diverse dietary needs of residents, ensuring they enjoy the best possible quality of life through nutritious and delicious food.
Lucy Thompson
Life Enrichment Director

Lucy relocated to Eastern Oregon from San Diego, California and has been working at Wildflower Lodge since 2018. She is passionate and devoted to enriching the lives of residents through meaningful and engaging activities. She enjoys any chance to make someone laugh and make their day a little brighter. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys playing with her three furry friends, going on spontaneous adventures with her husband, and spending time with family.
Travis Martin
Maintenance Director

Travis was born and raised in La Grande. He has been working with in-home medical supplies since 2016 and joined Wildflower in mid-2025. His favorite part of the job is fixing things for residents, building relationships with them and their families, and learning their life stories. Outside of work, Travis enjoys riding his motorcycle, woodworking, gaming, and spending time outdoors.
