Danielle Koehn

Administrator

Danielle is the Administrator at Timberwood Court Memory Care and is excited to be part of the Compass Senior Living team once again, having first joined the organization in 2021. Her passion for memory care began in 2011 when she started her career as a caregiver. Building meaningful relationships with residents inspired her to dedicate her career to caring for seniors and supporting individuals living with memory loss.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her four children, five grandchildren, and her beloved dachshund, Willowdene.

Paula Johnson

Business Office Manager

Paula Johnson serves as the Business Office Manager at Timberwood Court Memory Care. This is her second opportunity to work with Compass Senior Living, and she is excited to be back with such a great company. Outside of work, Paula enjoys gardening and reading. She and her husband live east of Cottage Grove in the Cascade foothills, where they operate a wildlife relocation program, a rewarding endeavor that reflects their passion for caring for animals and the outdoors. 

Domoina Andrianoro

Dining Services Director

Domoinas culinary journey began in Madagascar and blossomed here in Oregon. Domoina speaks French, Malagasy, and English. Domoina has risen to the role of Dining Services Director at Timberwood Court. She pours so much love and care into each meal for the residents but especially loves making food for the holidays. She is an avid hiker and confectioner and can often be found crafting French-inspired meals that bring people together to enjoy the food and each other. Domoina looks forward to enhancing her skills to heighten the dining experience for the residents at Timberwood Court.

Ben Port

Maintenance Director

Ben is a dedicated Maintenance Director at Timberwood Court Memory Care, a role he has held since 2007. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and cherishes their family, which includes three grown children and three grandchildren with more on the way. Outside of work and family, Ben finds joy in attending car meets and tinkering with cars and trucks.
