Katrina Day
Administrator

Katrina Day has been the Silver Creek Memory Care Director since 2022 and
became the Administrator in 2026. She started her career in healthcare over
30 years ago and has worked in a variety of positions and clinical settings. She has a true passion for helping others and is a mother of three.
Her free time is spent cheering from the bleachers at her son’s basketball
games.
Josselyn Campos
Memory Care Director

Josselyn Campos has been a valued member of the Silver Creek team since 2019, when she began her career in senior living as a caregiver. Her passion for serving seniors, strong work ethic, and dedication to compassionate care led her to grow into several leadership roles, including Business Office Director, before stepping into her current role as Memory Care Director.
Today, Josselyn is committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and person-centered environment for residents living with memory loss while providing guidance and encouragement to her team and peace of mind to families.
Josselyn is a devoted wife and proud dog mom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fur baby, Rocky, indulging in arts and crafts, getting lost in a good book, and embarking on camping adventures with her husband.
Katherine Lancaster
Community Relations Director

Katherine Lancaster has been the Community Relations Director at Silver Creek since 2016. She has been in the industry since the early 2000s and began her career after being a stay-at-home mom for a decade and Athletic Director for the youth sports organization in her community.
Katherine is a mother of two adult children and a variety of fur babies. When she is not in the office or with colleagues you will find her working hard on her rural property, spending time with her family, or out adventuring with her significant other.
Kayla Senados
Business Office Manager

Kayla Senados joined Silver Creek in 2021 as the Life Enrichment Director before transitioning to Dining Services Director in 2025. Through her dedication and commitment to serving residents, she has continued to grow within the community and now serves as the Business Office Manager. With nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Kayla finds working with seniors to be the most rewarding part of her career.
Kayla is the proud mother of three boys and enjoys spending her free time supporting them in sports, school, and all of life’s adventures. She also loves trips to the beach and spending time with her dog, Jax.
Jordan Weaver
Wellness Director

Jordan Weaver has been the Wellness Services Director at Silver Creek since 2022. She began her career as a nurse after graduating from nursing school in 2019, working in the critical care setting before finding her passion for seniors and senior living.
Jordan is a wife, mother, nurse, and farmer. When she’s not in the office she chases around her young kids and assists her husband around the farm.
Gladis Elizabeth Alvarado
Resident Care Coordinator

Gladis has proudly worked at Silver Creek as the Resident Care Coordinator since 2024, where she brings compassion, organization, and a deep commitment to senior living into her daily work. With over 30 years of experience, she began at Silver Creek in 2012 on the night shift as a caregiver and medication technician and grew within the same community into her current leadership role.
She loves what she does and is dedicated to supporting seniors and her team while ensuring quality care every day. In her personal time, Gladis enjoys cooking for her family, staying busy with projects, and spending time with loved ones.
Carla Arriaga
Life Enrichment Director

Carla is an enthusiastic and dedicated Life Enrichment Director at Silver Creek, where she has been spreading joy and positivity since 2024.She began her rewarding journey as a caregiver, bringing her compassionate nature and commitment to excellence to every aspect of her work.
Outside of her professional life, Carla enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones Including her dog Buddy and embracing new experiences. She believes that everything happens for a reason and carries that mindset into both her personal and professional life.
Carla is always on the lookout for new adventures and experiences. Her vibrant personality and passion for making a difference truly set her apart.
