Doris Reid

Campus Administrator

Dorie is a native Oregonian who has lived in the Rogue Valley all her life. Her passion for helping seniors began at a young age while working alongside her mother, who assisted seniors in their homes. Over the years, her career has been a journey—starting as a caregiver and advancing through every role to become an Administrator and eventually an Operations Specialist. Dorie finds joy in building meaningful connections with those she serves, their families, and fostering long-term relationships with staff.

A proud mother of two and grandmother of six, Dorie enjoys baking, spending time with her two dogs, hiking, and exploring nature.

Renee began her career path with Compass Senior Living in 2020. Even though she feels the Business Office is her strongest suit, she has also taken the role of Community Relations Director and Assistant Administrator. It is a great reward to bring encouragement and support to the community.
Renee has lived in Southern Oregon with her family since 2015 and enjoys the simple things in life including being with her family, gardening, baking and crafty things. “We learn something every day, and it is a waste of a day if we don’t.”

Amy Rudisile

Wellness Director

A native of southern Oregon, Amy possesses a deep-seated commitment to helping others within her community. Amy has been nursing since 2017 in places like skilled nursing facilities, correctional institutions, home health care, and medical-surgical settings, giving her a broad range of skills. In her leisure time, Amy takes pleasure in participating in community events, traveling, gardening, playing cribbage, bicycling, and spending time with her family. Walt Whitman said, “Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and shadows will fall behind you,” which is one of Amy’s favorite quotes. It reminds her to be optimistic and resilient, despite the challenges and obstacles one is confronted with.

Shannon Harris

Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, residents, and her dogs. Outside of work she enjoys gaming, anime, movies, camping, reading and doing activities with her residents. It is not uncommon to find Shannon with her dogs visiting on her days off so her residents can enjoy the companionship of the animals and seeing her outside her setting as the administrator.
