Oneva Gill

Administrator

Oneva Gill started her career as an administrator at Meadow Ridge back in 2012 and worked here until 2021. After leaving for a couple of years she has now returned to Meadow Ridge and the people that she cares so deeply about. Working with seniors has always been her passion and she is very dedicated to her team and the residents in her care. Oneva is happily married and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on vacation with her husband every chance she gets.

Sara Tuggle

Community Relations Director

Sara joined the Meadow Ridge family in 2025. With a background in the non-profit and residential care fields, she is excited to be part of the team at Meadow Ridge. Sara has been married to her husband, Chad, since 2009, and they have one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on their farm and pursuing creative projects in her craft room.

Christine Flowers, RN

Wellness Director

Christine Flowers, RN, joined the Meadow Ridge family in December 2025. She brings with her a rewarding nursing career with experience across many areas of care. Christine was drawn to Meadow Ridge for its strong sense of family and shared compassion for residents. She is married, has six children, nine grandchildren and lives on a farm where she stays busy caring for a variety of animals. In her spare time, Christine enjoys thrifting and hunting for unique antiques.

Jasmine Zike

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Jasmine Zike joined Meadow Ridge in July 2023. She has a strong passion for working with residents, whom she considers family. Jasmine’s love for her residents and her workplace shines through in everything she does.

She began her journey at Meadow Ridge in the Dietary Department and later worked as a Personal Care Aide on the Wellness Team. Jasmine now serves as the Life Enrichment Director, where she is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents.

Jasmine is engaged and has a young daughter. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and spending quality time with her family.

Robert Prewitt

Maintenance Director

Robert served eight years in the U.S Army then worked for Columbia Foods where he retired after 22 years. He liked Meadow Ridge before working here when his aunt and uncle lived here, that sparked his interest. Then his mother came to live here in 2021, and she mentioned that they needed help in Maintenance. Since then, he has become our Maintenance Director. Outside of work he enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with his wife Holly who he’s been married to since 1977.
